2 Days Pushker Tour Package

Day 1: We check into the pre-booked hotel as soon as we reach Pushkar. After freshening up and a piping hot lunch, you’re free to spend the day hours at your leisure. Come evening, we depart for a nearby village which hosts camel and tractor rides. Such local villages are more than happy to treat their guests with cultural singing and dancing performances and traditional food. After the lively merrymaking, we return to our hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 2: We begin our second day visiting the renowned Pushkar Lake, the mother of holy sites, the lake with more than 400 temples and 52 ghats surrounding it. Also, it’s the only place in the world where Lord Brahma is worshipped. The next place on our list is, yes, exactly what you guessed, the only Brahma Temple in the world. And while it’s a good practice to worship the creator of the universe, it would be quite a disaster if we would miss on her wife. Pushkar also has a temple dedicated to Goddess Savitri, Lord Brahma’s wife. Located on the Ratnagiri Hills, the Savitri Temple in Pushkar is a strenuous climb to the hill-top, requiring the devotees to climb a flight of 200 stairs.

Our final destination before we head back to the hotel would be the Pushkar Mela ground, the place which holds the world-famous, annual Pushkar Camel Fair.

You can spend the remainder of the day at your own leisure. Stroll through the local markets and choose from various recreational activities offered around the hotel. After an overnight stay, we leave for Delhi early morning. This concludes our Delhi to Pushkar weekend package.
