Day 1 Arrive in Srinagar – houseboat stay
Arrive at Srinagar airport (connecting flight from Delhi). Transfer to your houseboat on Dal Lake. Evening shikara ride past floating gardens and lake markets.

Day 2 Srinagar – Mughal gardens
Visit the terraced Mughal gardens of Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh and Chashme Shahi, plus the Hazratbal Shrine. Afternoon at leisure in the old city markets for pashmina and walnut-wood crafts.

Day 3 Day trip to Gulmarg (approx. 1.5 hrs each way)
Drive to the meadow of flowers. Ride the Gulmarg Gondola for sweeping views of the Himalaya (tickets extra), enjoy pony rides or snow activities in winter, and return to Srinagar.

Day 4 Srinagar to Pahalgam (approx. 2.5–3 hrs)
